On XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX in fl to look at a XXXX XXXX XXXX that I seen online that the posted. It said that the total vehicle price was {$8600.00} and it looked clean in the pictures online and it was a decent price total i thought because i had {$4000.00} to put down towards the {$8600.00} so i went to test drive it and at the time it seemed to run good. And being I only had a few days left with the rental car I had to get something fast so I ended up telling them I would put the {$4000.00} XXXX even asked the guy that he was positive that the {$8600.00} was the total vehicle price and he stated several times he was sure I asked this before he printed the paperwork and even before he tried to find me a loan company. I ended up with getting the loan company named American credit acceptance. And ever since I had this gmc and this loan company it has been pure XXXX and XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was driving and on the dash came up a message saying service brake system. And I only had the car for 2 days and it already was giving me issues mechanically and electrical issues to. I noticed in the paperwork from the dealership that I was charged I believe {$2000.00} something dollars for a warranty but yet I was told it didnt come with a warranty and I never even got anything saying that I had one but yet they charged me for it. The dealership also charged me for something called permaPlate which I was told I didnt have to pay for it because the guy selling me the XXXX gave me a box of the permaPlate products so I didnt have to pay for the 5 year warranty for the permaPlate. As I said I put {$4000.00} down towards the {$8600.00} then why is it that my loan financed was almost {$12000.00}. The dealership paperwork says under the down payment that the seller may keep SOME of this amount. But clearly the dealership has pocketed that hole {$4000.00}. American credit acceptance also has been deleting my payment transaction history that I have paid. And then started charging me random fees that I have never heard of or even should have had to even pay. Their interest rates are absolutely ridiculous way too high. And what I dont get is that the transaction payment history that is on the customer portal for American credit acceptance is different then the transaction history they reported to XXXX credit report. And every time I check my payment history on the loan company website it is always changing on what I have paid and then some payments ended up disappearing. I paid {$1200.00} one time it was in XX/XX/XXXX, and then paid {$1000.00} a few days after the {$1200.00} payment and when I looked at my payment history it showed those to payments but then a few weeks or so went by and I check the payment history and guess what they deleted the {$1200.00} payment out of the transaction history. And deleted a few other transactions to. They also started charging me these fees for a reversal fee supposedly and then they also started charging me others fees is what it said but they wont tell me what tht is for. Also in the pictures Ill attach pay attention to the pay off amount how it goes down then back up after I make a payment. also pay attention to the transaction history from the portal and compare those payments to the screenshot image that shows the payments they reported to XXXX credit. On the XXXX credit payments that they reported show a lot more payments then it does on the portal for the loan company that will show u that the have been deleting the payments I made to make it look like I owe more then I do. They have been very sketchy with my payment history ever since i started paying them. I highlighted on the screenshots of the contract to show the fees the dealership charged me for which was for the permaPlate warranty which he said I didnt have to pay for also was told I didnt have to pay for the complete theft form. Also why should I have to pay for the charges that represent costs and profit to the dealer for items such as Inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles, and preparing documents related to the sale. They did all the cleaning and inspecting before I even went to test drive it so why do I need to pay for tht they would have had to done that for anyone to test drive it also when it says adjusting vehicles that sounds sketchy to me why would they need to be adjusting the vehicle I the first place. Also pay attention to the highlighted things in the one pic the total for the electronic filing fee and the other fees are a different amount. The pay off amount is always going down then up then down again and up again which is also reported to the credit bureaus and it makes my credit debt amount look bad because it keeps changing. They are very rude ppl there and they are always lying to me about my payment history. they even have a class action lawsuit and I have seen a lot of ppl that have them complain of the same things Im going through. My gmc should be paid off by now especially being I put {$4000.00} but the dealership told the loan company that the total vehicle price was {$1000.00} which is a lie. So the finance amount ended up being like {$12000.00} which is wrong. There is plenty more they have done wrong but its too much to type Im hands are cramping from my XXXX from typing all this.
