I was in a chapter XXXX and my mortgage was brought current. The Judge deemed my mortgage current. The mortgage company keeps sending people to my home and charging me for it. I have not missed a payment and they keep charging me additional monies. I am XXXX and hey are scaring me. The chapter XXXX said my account was current and I have been making every payment on time. They are charging me for payments that were paid in my XXXX. I am having to call them every week, I have been in tears and calling everyone I can but they keep harassing me till I had to pay the moneies that the Trustee already paid them. We are so scared that they are trying to take our home. they have a balloon from the real estate crash on the back of our mortgage.How do I get this situation resolved? I am XXXX and they are harassing us for monies not owed.
