I bought a XXXX dollar amex gift card to buy online goods with, I activated the card, money was shown in the balance and was ready to use, so I thought. I tried to go to trusted online stores to use the card, but everytime it would give me the message that the card failed to accept the request. I've been on calls hours with customer support to find a solution, but no one seems to help. With XXXX time being hung up at my face without even providing any support or solution. What is the purpose of buying a gift card if I can't even use it. Truly unacceptable and I can't even use the money that I worked for!
