I signed up for a free trial membership at Experian. The problem is it won't let me cancel membership. Matter of fact it's almost impossible. Once I got notification that my card was being charged I logged on to the website to cancel membership but once logged in there is no option to cancel membership nor will it move to another screen. It's just a screen that has options to change payment type. That's it, no option to view account info or anything for that matter. It's very unfair and deceptive. I even called the customer service number and was connected to an automotive system and I followed the prompts but it was never clear to me whether or not my membership was cancelled or not.
