Im a victim of Identity theft in about XXXX dollars. Got a 30 day late from the reason being. On XX/XX/year> I looked at my credit report and noticed some inaccuracies. I sent a letter to XXXX XX/XX/year> asking them to investigate these accounts XXXX Wells Fargo According to 15 USC 1i ( 5 ) I see it states that after any investigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified. The credit bureaus did not investigate and violated my right.
