Contrary to the company 's reply containing multiple items of intentionally false information and failure to address issues 2 years ago, it became necessary to cease to do business with this company over 2 years ago due to their misrepresentation of their products which caused damage to credit profiles. Contrary to my notice to the close an account, stop accessing my credit profile, and stop contacting me on an/or after XX/XX/XXXX, this company has continued to : 1 ) Contact me with the most recent instance being today, XX/XX/XXXX ; 2 ) Not close the account - clearly, despite their claim in XXXX due to continued account activity ; and 3 ) continues to regularly access my credit profiles and send insecure alerts to me via email. I have tried numerous times by email and phone at significant cost of my time and emotional distress. The company refuses to stop accessing my credit profile in violation of state and federal laws. They refuse to fix, address the issues, or take any responsibility despite their ongoing harassment. The company either does not reply or sends nonsensical responses such as telling me to log into " my account '' -- the one they claim was closed in XXXX. Given the degree of harassment at this point, I am no longer certain this is not targeted harassment of me as a XXXX person given that there is no feasible justification or sense for the degree of harassment at this point.
