XXXX XXXX XXXX has failed to properly investigate a dispute I sent last month, my dispute was closed out with a general response but did not notify credit reporting agencies of dispute nor did they check the inconsistencies across all three credit reporting agencies that was spoke of in the dispute, According to the FCRA, XXXX should have did a proper investigation of dispute to check for any computation errors and or review credit reporting for the consumer account, Self failed to do any of these things and the credit reporting is still inconsistent. I am demanding this CC account be removed and {$1000.00} in damages for willful non compliance of the FCRA that ultimately damages my consumer report. Im looking to hear from you soon.
