I overpaid this credit card in error ( SonyCard on Comenity Bank ) on XX/XX/XXXX. I have called 4 times and still have not received my refund. This is {$8400.00}. It is alot of money. Here is a log of my calls : XXXX XXXX I was told that it would be two weeks until we would receive a check with our refund XXXX XXXX I was told again that it would be two weeks until we would receive a check with our refund XXXX XXXX I was told the check was sent on XX/XX/XXXX and it would be 7-10 business days until we received it XXXX XXXX I called and told the automated service I wanted to speak with a representative and it asked why. I stated I wanted a refund of my overpayment and was then put through to a rep. who told me that since I had requested a refund through the automated system, it would take 7-10 days to be processed. I have clearly been lied to multiple times and I fear that it will be ages before I get out money back. Please note they charge 28.99 % on cash advances. Please help
