I do not consent to XXXX verification and want an actual living human to read this complaint. I will have my invoice for damages and federal consumer violations attached below. Also, a marked-up consumer report showing the XXXX XXXX XXXX violation 's that EQUIFAX are furnishing with the accounts. Every marked/circle furnishing are violations of the Privacy Act of 1974, 15 USC 1681, 15 USC 1681e , 15 USC 1681b , 15 USC 1681n , 15 USC 1681a , 15 USC 6801, and 15 USC 6802 . There are well over a 100 federal consumer violations EQUIFAX is furnishing with the XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts on my consumer report. I fully intend to pursue arbitration or litigation in accordance with the FCRA to enforce my rights and seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section 616 and Section 617 regarding your continued willful and negligent noncompliance in reference to me being violated by the XXXX XXXX XXXX reporting 's by EQUIFAX
