Student Loans Received a student loan forgiveness letter for The XXXX XXXX as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX that states my student loans have been forgiven and I would no longer be required to continue payments for the loan, as well as my credit report would be updated and the loans would be removed from my credit report. My credit report currently reflects the following : XXXX ) XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX loans removed. The same student loans are still reflected on Experian and XXXX and need to be removed based on the need to have complete accuracy on each credit report. The credit reporting agencies already have been notified to remove these items but failed to do so. The next step will be legal action. XXXX ) Experian- Reflects the following in the notes. The note states : Account information disputed by the consumer ( meets requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ) XXXX and XXXX have closed the accounts but are still reflected on my credit report. A decision has been made to remove the items from the credit reporting agencies already and should be completed by each reporting agencies to maintain accuracy.
