Comenity/ XXXX requested over a year ago for my credit card account to be removed from my credit report. however, Comenity has failed to do so which has resulted in severe damage to my credit report. I have the deletion request letter from the creditor stating it should be removed from credit report. I would like for this account to be removed immediately from my credit report.
