Infiniti Financial Servises was paid in full sometime XX/XX/year>. I had payments pushed to the back to the end of the loan and was not told that my maturity date would not be moved up. Apparently. even after I paid the loan off, it was after the loan should have been paid in full. INfiniti financial services reported my last payments ( {$2900.00} as written off ) on my credit report. This means they wrote that amount off as a profit loss. They failed to provide me with a 1099C so that I could write that amount off as income. They are still reporting the balance, like I still ow but it was paid in full and they wrote that amount off on there taxes getting a tax break and reporting it on my credit as if I still owe them without providing me a 1099c. This is fraud As per the FCRA, I can seek statutory damages if a creditor reports inaccurate info about a debt. Infiniti financial services did this by incorrectly reporting the debt was written off and still claiming I owe, and by not providing me a 1099C
