XXXX never updates my credit report which makes me debt to income ratio higher on my credit report. My credit report has not been updated since I last did a dispute with my credit bureau of XXXX back in XXXX. It is XXXX and my credit report still has not been updated. Also, they charge me late fees before my ten day grace period. I still believe I should have not had no late fees or charges at all this year. Every time I make a payment within my grace period it does not show on the bill until days later. You all did this to my XXXX bill as if I was late and I have a email saying it was paid within the grace period but the bill shows that XXXX is the last payment. You all are charging people for late fees and writing incorrect bills when payment is made timely.
