Company has failed to verify debt and sold debt to an unknown and unauthorized party without consent. The Third party has infringed on my privacy rights to threatening to sue. Legal action is in progress and there has been no changes or updates to credit reports. There has been several consumer violations and this account should be removed immediately. Violations include 15 USC 1692 ( g ), 15 USC 1692 ( c ), 15 USC 1666 ( b ), 15 USC 1666 ( a ), 15 USC 1681 ( a ) 4, 15 USC 1681 ( e ), FCRA 609 ( a ), FCRA 611 ( a ), UCC 1-203. Experian refused to remove after items that has disputed several times. This is fraud. The balance on this accounts have been paid in full by insurance and has been duplicated on my credit report.
