Hi I had a online savings account and saw a transaction I didnt recognize a ach transfer for XXXX and got this disputed the bank investigated this is decided it was unauthorized and due to my account status they couldnt credit my account the amount because of its status it being closed so they sent a check by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX but I never received this check it was open package when I looked in it with only a non negotiable agent copy of the check but not the check it self and have been trying to get it reissued since then and when I call only thing is done is the agent escalates it to the back office team and I never hear back they responded back one time and said they couldnt issue a check because my account had already been credited the amount but that was a mistake on their end they had the dispute mixed up and was referring to another dispute with the same amount and I informed a agent about it and they noticed it too and let them know after that I never heard back and have been calling and nothing has been done and I have been waiting patiently only thing happening is it being escalated to the back office team and I never hear back I just hope u guys can get to the bottom of this and get this check reissued
