On XX/XX/XXXX I was first contacted by email by collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX telephone XXXX email : XXXX about this credit card debt I owed of {$3400.00} USD. From XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I made {$120.00} per month towards the debt. In XXXX of XXXX I got an amenity offer from the collection agency for {$1000.00} to settle the date starting {$250.00} first payment, second payment on XX/XX/XXXX for {$250.00} third payment on XX/XX/XXXX for {$250.00} and last payment on XX/XX/XXXX for {$250.00}. I made all the payments, the collection agency emailed to say the debt was paid but they never sent a settlement letter. Other debt collectors kept calling for the same debt though I paid as agreed. Everytime I deposit money on my bank account the bank still takes money out of my account towards the debt. It is not right the bank sold this debt collector I paid this debt yet I still owe it!
