My name is XXXX XXXX I've had a personal account with cash app for 4 years. I had opened a stock account and threw my personal account a few years ago. I have invested through my linked personal XXXX XXXX XXXX account and payments made by friends and associates. I have done quite impressive trading and my account is worth over {$340000.00}... Allegedly I received emails for cash app wanting to convert my account to a business account after or inability to get in touch with each other cash app converted my account to a business account with a new routing number and account number. Within two and a half weeks my account was hacked. I got locked out of my cash up account my email my XXXX overdraft protection from my business credit card with sending money to my personal bank account which was sending money to cash app over XXXX transactions. My phone went off at XXXX in the morning on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I noticed the notification from cash app. When I clicked on the of the XXXX notification on the top of my phone I started to see all the transactions. I could not deactivate the count. These are transactions that were somehow being sent through the money sign and I never confirmed them put in a code of fingerprint and they were happening by the seconds. I called Cash app at XXXX in the morning and they would not help me no one was available. When I call the fraud department I was able to speak to human being from a third world country and I started yelling. As I was on the phone with them within XXXX minutes of noticing the withdrawals happening
