Mr Cooper ( Mortgage Holder ) marked my account that they paid XXXX to my XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>, I received XXXX cancellation notices from XXXX XXXX stating payment not received, spoke with them numerous times on phone, no payment, reported this to Mr Cooper, they informed me to check XXXX account on XX/XX/XXXX to see if payment went through, this is not sufficient as my policy will cancel on XX/XX/year>. Mr Cooper wiped out my escrow account to pay the XXXX then asked me to contribute XXXX more to my escrow account to bring it current, which I did, but still no payment showing for my XXXX at XXXX XXXX. Mr Cooper should have stopped payment and issued another check ASAP to bring my XXXX current.
