I had a {$15000.00} credit card with Navy Federal and I was being charged both overdraft and fees for over 5 years. When it will show me my balance, but when I make a charge, I realize there were not really that amount in the account. I will then get penalized for it. Also, when I make a payment, it would take over a week to process and then I would get penalized for not covering the balance I had. Lastly, When I finally came into money and decided to pay off my whole {$15000.00} balance, Navy Federal took my credit card away from me immediately. That is not good business at all. They had to have made over 4x the amount that was given to me as credit, only to take my access away from the card all together after I paid it off. I still Needed the card.
