I spoke with a XXXX representative yesterday and asked her to fix my birthday, remove all old addresses and phones numbers, remove a hard inquiry that I did not request and could have not requested because I was XXXX at the time. The inquiry is from XXXX on XX/XX/year>. I was XXXX from XXXX. She switched my present address with my former address. Now I have the incorrect address on file. I filed XXXX disputes XXXX for the incorrect birthday. I believe the other was to remove all my prior addresses and phone numbers. I also asked them to remove an alias name that I have never used before that was incorrect and she told me to contact the merchant that put it on there. They denied both of my disputes even though I uploaded my state ID with my current address as well as my birthday.
