Yes about 4 months ago credit karma did not close my account I reported my information stolen and my id and social security card was taken and my information got taken. Come to find out they didn't close it so whoever did this had 4 months to use my information and account. Credit karma will not close it and I can't provide the documents they want because I don't have them
