I have an account with Acqua Finance thats interest free for 12 months. I have been making monthly payments in advance of agreement and for more than required as my standard practice. After the first 2 payments, I notice the terms of the interest free promotion were referenced incorrectly. I contacted customer service, it took a couple of calls and time, but the corrections were made. XX/XX/24 I noticed the account was charging me interest. I called left a message for escalation for a supervisor to call me back and make the correction once again. Over a week passed and a female representative called me while I was half sleep advising a correction would be made. As of XX/XX/24, no correction was made. As a consumer, I would like to know what are my rights and options since Aqua Finance has breached contract twice. In addition, I have had to bring the error to their attention and funds paid have not been properly applied. As a consumer, if Id breached contract once, I would be subject to consequences including but not limited to negative credit reporting, late fees, penalties and collections. I no longer have confidence in Aqua Finance and wish to no longer do business. I would like to cancel my contract due to their breach. Aqua may respond saying I do not qualify to cancel due to 3 day clause from contract date, however, the request is due to their breach. Kind Regards, -XXXX XXXX
