Incident # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I was double charged for my car payment by JD Byrider CNAC one payment was XXXX and the second was XXXX which took my account into the negatives only the XXXX was authorized XX/XX/XXXX I used my debit card for a purchase not knowing the account was in the negatives because it shouldnt have been then accumulated XXXX more overdraft fees. Stopped there to contact JD Byrider CNAC and they were closed had to wait till the following business day which caused more debt XX/XX/XXXX I was able to get in contact with JD Byrider CNAC they acknowledged the mistake and said they have to send a email to upper management after the delay they said the funds will be refunded with no overdraft fee refund. This caused more debt and kept my account in the negatives for another whole day XX/XX/XXXX The XXXX charge was refunded into my bank account still leaving the account in the negatives due to overdraft fees JD Byrider caused. I would like to be reimbursed for the late fees and the pain and suffering JD Byrider caused by leaving my account in the negatives for multiple days and not reimbursing me when they were the party at fault. Incident # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I was double charged for my car payment again XXXX and XXXX I had this problem last pay check and settled for it to be fixed with JD Byrider. The following pay check I am having to deal with my account being in the negatives for multiple days until CNAC JD Byrider gives me a proper refund for the second time in less than a month this has affected bills/ personal life/ business / bank account / family needs/ overdraft late fees. The only thing that is offered is a refund for the mistake and this time I was told I was going to be removed from auto pay due to the errors but this is another inconvenience for me and possibly a setup against me to get the car back because it is not my fault I am being double charged by CNAC JD Byrider and they made it very clear if I miss a payment by 1 day they would take the car back this is very concerning and shady business.
