On XX/XX/year>, I attempted to make two ATM withdrawals using my Chime account : one for {$100.00} ( totaling {$100.00} with ATM fees ) and another for {$80.00} ( totaling {$82.00} with ATM fees ). Both transactions were denied by the ATM machine, and I received printed receipts confirming that no cash was dispensed. I immediately contacted Chime customer service to report the issue. I was advised that the pending charges would likely reverse automatically since the withdrawals were unsuccessful. However, the charges were later approved and deducted from my account, despite the fact that I never received any cash.I provided Chime with evidence, including the ATM receipts, which clearly show the date, time, and location of the attempted withdrawals.
