I received a email from Capital One bank on XX/XX/year>. The email stated the company would be closing my account due to suspicious activity and ending the business relationship. I have been with capital one 8 years, I never once received a email stating they would be closing my account due to these matters. I have not committed any fraudulent charges or actions on my account. I went to the branch and called the customer service line and they were unable to provide me a reason. I tried to withdraw my money and was told I can not I would be mailed the money once the investigation is complete. I have a total of {$1000.00}, I can not get this money out and this is my rent and payment from my employer. My livelihood has been affected and Im facing eviction due to this situation. Im a XXXX XXXX who lives paycheck to paycheck. I need an answer as to why can I withdraw my money to pay my bills to avoid being evicted or able to take care of daily expenses.
