This complaint is regarding Experian reinserting an account placed back on my credit report without a 5 days before or after notice. Also and unauthorized credit inquiry place on my credit file. Accounts listed below. Account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquiry XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2024 The presence of this account and Inquiry has adversely affected my creditworthiness, resulting in significant hardship, including denial of a home purchase. This is not fair that I have to request a reinvestigation on this matter. Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ), I have the right to dispute any inaccurate or misleading information on my credit report. Furthermore, under 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) and ( B ), I am entitled to receive notification at least five days PRYOR to, and/or five days AFTER, the reinsertion of any negative accounts. I did not receive such notification prior to reinserting this back on my credit report, which constitutes a violation of my rights. The lack of prior warning regarding the reinsertion of this account contravenes both FCRA and FTC regulations. This is in violation of the FCRA 611 1681 ( I ) laws ( a ) ( b ) as well as 5 ( a ) ( b ) as well as the FTC law in which of my original FTC ID Theft complaint which include the original police report ( XXXX ).
