I filed my initial complaint on XX/XX/year> & have yet to hear anything back regarding this matter, but Conns was quick to send the wrong information to XXXX. On XX/XX/year> I received a notification that my Conns account balance increased by the credit bureau {$440.00}. So, I reach out to Conns via chat and email regarding this matter to see why I they added this to my account and XXXX via chat stated she didn't know and didn't have access to see why. So, I then reach via email to be told they did see this to check back and they would possibly provide me with an answer. So, I reach back out to be ignored and not receive a response when I reached back out. Conns has went bankrupt and is trying to get over on people. I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER DIME UNTIL MY ACCOUNT IS FIXED PROPERLY. I have called several times and advised them to come pick up the merchandise since they want fix my account and falsely reporting to the credit bureaus. They keep saying since Conns is going out of business they can't come get it.
