I filed complaint and got the response with " Unable to issue the welcome bonus miles '' They keep saying I only spent {$19000.00} under the qualified purchase period. BUT, The American Express XXXX XXXX offer : Earn XXXX Membership Rewards Points after you spend {$20000.00} on eligible purchases with your Card in the first 3 months of Card Membership. It clearly says " first XXXX months of XXXX XXXX '' not mention " from the card opening date! '' like regular American Express XXXX offer. I double checked both card offers and it was different!!! I believe I'm qualified for my XXXX points because I spent more than {$20000.00} for the " first XXXX months of Card Membership ''. IT IS TOTALLY MISLEADING THE CONSUMERS! I'm going to send this action to ALL social media and let people against it. Do not Use American Express card!!!
