I fully intend to pursue litigation in accordance with the FCRA to enforce my rights and seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section 616 and Section 617 regarding your continued willful and negligent noncompliance. I do not consent to XXXX verification and want an actual living human to read this complaint. I see that TransUnion has attempted to fix the issues I have complained about and I'm thankful, but I keep complaining about the same issues being furnished that are violating my federally protected consumer rights. I received mail that I will have attached below from TransUnion in reference to my XXXX XXXX accounts that they're reporting. I still see my experiences with XXXX XXXX are still showing on the report. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681a-4, " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy ''. 15 USC 1681a-exclusions, report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Privacy Act of 1974 it clearly states, No agency shall disclose any record which is contained in a system of records by any means of communication to any person, or to another agency, except pursuant to a written request by, or with the prior written consent of, the individual to whom the record pertains. I will have the experiences that are still being furnished from XXXX XXXX report marked up in the attachment below. Also, my invoice is attached below.
