On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a couch from XXXX XXXX furniture store and went through an in store ACIMA finance rep. I was not given any disclosures for my APR and I noticed I was consistently being overcharged more than my agreed to amount in my lease agreement. The early pay off option was more expensive than the couch was originally. I just called and asked for explanations referring to my lease agreement and they could not provide any. I have paid over {$1000.00} for an {$1800.00} couch and I still owe over {$3500.00} on it in payments or {$2000.00} to buy out now with a 25 % discount.
