15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A states I have a right to privacy.15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 Section 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my instructions. I told XXXX to reinvestigate the above listed accounts : However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. I have included copies of my credit report showing the inaccuracies that I need updated and removed from my credit report need updated to paid as agreed.
