The reporting agencies and companies involved have repeatedly failed to fulfill their legal duties under FCRA and other federal regulations, violating my rights and damaging my credit profile. These accounts must be removed immediately ( a ) Whoever knowingly participates in any way, or conspires to do so, in the use of any extortionate means ( XXXX ) to collect or attempt to collect any extension of credit, or ( XXXX ) to punish any person for the nonrepayment thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
