XXXX XXXX Opened XX/XX/XXXX {$26000.00} XXXX XXXX Opened XX/XX/XXXX {$380.00} I dont know where these accounts are coming from these are fraudulent accounts My information may have been impacted by the XXXX , XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and may have got into the hands of the wrong person Under The Doctrine of Estoppel by silence, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( mo ) XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in facts exists Ive asked the following questions to these companies and they have not responded with any accurate info my information was abused through the on going years and I want my life back In accordance with [ applicable state statute ], which mandates a 15-day period for debt validation, I am requesting that you provide me with the following documentation within 15 days of receiving this letter Proof that I owe this debt, including a detailed accounting of the original amount, any accrued interest, fees, and any other charges. Copies of any signed agreements or contracts pertaining to the debt. Evidence your company has legal standings of debt Please note that failure to provide this information within the stipulated time period will result in my reporting your company to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) and any other relevant regulatory bodies. When a consumer disputes inaccurate information, the credit reporting company must investigate the information, and stop reporting it if it can not be verified. The company must also provide a notice to the consumer, and give them the option to add a statement to their file. Also, If these accounts are old, it is illegal in itself to create a new date to start the 7 years over that Ohio has which states a debt come off credit after 7 years in Ohio Additionally, while this matter is under dispute, I am requesting that all collection efforts be immediately ceased, and that no negative information related to this alleged debt be reported to any credit bureaus. Any negative reporting during this period will be considered a violation of my rights under the FDCPA. Please send all correspondence regarding this matter to the address listed above.
