After reviewing my consumer reports with all three reporting bureaus, I discovered a large inaccuracy on my report. Account XXXX with the credit lender XXXX is falsely listed on my report as a charge off. This loan was illegally put into my name and referred to a collections agency. Affirm NO LONGER owns this debt and therefore it should be removed from my report. It is required that all three bureaus have the same, accurate information listed on consumer reports -- this is ONLY listed with Experian and is completely false. I am requesting a COMPLETE investigation into this, including the original contract, PROOF that I received the service, and proof that Affirm still owns this debt. If this can not be provided within the legal time frame of 30 DAYS, this account must be removed from my Experian credit file.
