I received a fraud alert on XX/XX/2024 on my Citizens Bank credit card, which locked my card. However, this also resulted in my card being removed from the online credit card portal on Citizen Bank 's website, and I haven't been able to add it back. I have a bill due on XX/XX/2024, but am unable to make the payment online since the card has been removed. I called customer service, which redirected me to the fraud department, and they asked me to go to a branch to verify my identity in order to remove the lock on my card. I agree with the fraud alert, but this is inconvenient for me. The agents at the fraud department also agreed that a fraud alert should not result in a card getting removed from my online credit card portal, since this removes important information I would need to pay my credit card bill, as well as an essential means to do so.
