Hypothetically Speaking, if I were a student at that time - There should be a Student Loan Forgiveness Program for students that were affected and displaced due to XXXX XXXX. If you are, legally, going to GIVE me this account, I wish to apply for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Forgiveness or other disaster relief. The Company I worked for was destroyed I was unemployed. The Schools in XXXX XXXX were closed for at least 1 year or longer. I lost ALL MY private PROPERTY - HOME - CLOTHING. I stayed in a hotel in XXXX, XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. FEMA relocated me to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I stayed in XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX for 6 months paid by FEMA. I accepted residence in XXXX XXXX, XXXX in XXXX. This Student Loan originated XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX as the servicer - XXXX sold it to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX years after. XXXX sold this Loan to protect itself. CFPB banned XXXX from servicing Student Loans based on years of abuse of Student Loans. There is reasonable doubt, of the accuracy and legitimacy of this student loan account.
