Approximately XXXX weeks ago I contacted XXXX, XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to notify them that I am opting out of sharing my consumer nonpublic information, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) and 15 USC 6801 thru 6809 and16 CFR 313.7 ( f ), with all nonaffiliated third-parties, including, though not limited to the following : Equifax, XXXX, XXXX, andXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I have yet to receive any response from XXXX, XXXX, and they continue to share my consumer nonpublic information nonaffiliated third-parties, including, though not limited to the following : Equifax, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. Additionally, I did notify XXXX, XXXX of my revocation of my grant to it to retain my security interests and ability to transfer my security interests to anyone other than me, otherwise they are involved in securities fraud and this is reportable to the SEC for further investigation, however, I have not received any notice from them of my correspondence for their intent to follow my instructions.
