I have carefully drafted a letter after reading about fixing my credit on my own. I have wrong names and addresses and previous employers that are wrong and multiple accounts that are labeled as charge off with balances still owed and that is illegal to report that along with the fact I never received a 1099 for these items and some other accounts I was not late on and don't belong to me. I demand you delete this non-compliant listing on my credit, or I will seek damages in court
