HI. This complains is for wrong reporting from Equifax customer service, on XX/XX/year> I did the complains about 2 fraudulent inquiries from XXXX XXXX AND XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX FROM CFPB complaint number XXXX Equifax removed those inquiries from my report and they did mistake, and they did dispute my old XXXX XXXX open account as a fraudulent application account and reported to XXXX XXXX. After XXXX week I check my credit report my XXXX XXXX account was removed from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX of today the XXXX XXXX reported that account as a close account and they close my old account because of Equifax did wrong dispute to XXXX XXXX. now I called the XXXX XXXX to reopen the account. they asking we need proof of letter which Equifax did wrong dispute on your XXXX XXXX account ending XXXX to reopen the account. I call the Equifax to resolve this problem, but they don't respond to my complaint this is very important for me because it's my old accent and its close now and my score dropping from XXXX to XXXX. I attached all documents from XXXX XXXX and FTC report which I explain it fraudulent inquires not any accounts. I need any proof of letter send to XXXX XXXX to they know this is mistake from Equifax and this XXXX XXXX account is not fraudulent account.
