The initial action taken by me was online via all credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX and Equifax ) on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX From the online submission all responds from all listed credit bureaus mentioned above came back " Verified '' ( within the first 48hrs 5 days after I submitted online ). My next steps of actions, was to proceed with handwritten letters to all bureaus the first round of letters was initiated XX/XX/year> to all bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX and Equifax ) by certified mail requesting that all steps must be taken to assure accurate & correct information is being reported and that it must be REMOVED from my report if not fully validated and using E-Oscar is not verification that can be used. I requested for the following proof : 1. A contract that shows my signature and original agreement to pay them 2. Deletion of all misleading and inaccurate information 3. Original creditor addresses, telephone # s and person of contact they verified this dispute with 4. Accounting records that show they are the legal owner of the debt After my XX/XX/year> handwritten letters, I received a response from the credit bureaus verifying all information is " Verified ''. I sent a response letter to all credit bureaus by certified mail on XX/XX/year> then all credit bureaus again stated that this information has been " Updated and verified '' as accurate. After my response letters the following three credit bureaus : XXXX, XXXX and Equifax absolutely none of them provided the above mentioned ( 4 ) proofs : ( contract that has my signature and original agreement, deletion of misleading and inaccurate information, original creditor addresses, telephone # s, contact person verify dispute, & account records that show legal owner of the debt ). I requested the following information on my 1st and 2nd round letter of disputes to ensure a proper investigation was performed. In addition, I sent the remaining of my negative reported disputes to all credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX by certified mail ( list remaining 4 accounts ) that have been reporting inaccuracies on my credit report. The credit bureaus again verified information was Verified and Updated. I then followed by a response letter sent on XX/XX/year> by certified mail requesting for proof and original signature as stated earlier with my initial letters of accounts that I disputed and ask for the information to be removed, if unable to provide the following documents. Total number of disputes that I have made with all credit bureaus attempt has been three in totaled, with over 10 + negatively reported items. These inaccuracies have prevented me from purchasing investment properties, refinancing my home for renovation and lowering my current APR % for the potential loan from lender and applying for loans through my credit union affiliations within this past year -6 years. These accounts still remain and failed to be fully validated per my letters in attempt for the credit bureaus to do their due diligence in providing accurate and completeness of ones information on my credit profile. The credit bureaus had more than 30 days to provide the information requested and failed to send any proof per my request in accordance with Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611. CFPB your due diligence in taking the necessary steps in addressing this unfairness of credit reporting practices from all 3 bureaus is needed at this time. I would like for my credit report to be reported accurately & fairness to be placed in high priority. Since, the credit bureaus failed to provide supporting proof that all accounts related must be DELETED for failure to provide the necessary information. Your effort towards addressing this credit matter will be truly appreciate it.
