Date : XX/XX/XXXX Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX RE : Demand for Removal of Late Payments on Credit Report SS # : XXXX Re : Notice of Dispute Pursuant to Section 611 ( a ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 168 of FCRA law ( s ) info on the report does NOT match my records. I demand this item to be DELETED from my credit report ASAP. I recently obtained a copy of my consumers credit report from your bureau and hereby dispute the completeness and accuracy of the following information. This information is injurious to my consumer report and I request that you correct this information immediately. The information I am disputing is as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX The late payments never happen. Delete account under FCRA 168 Under Section 168 FCRA this Late Payments Dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX does not match my records nor the original creditors records to what reflects on my credit report there-fore this item MUST be deleted under this law. If not, Attorney Costs & Court Action will follow. My consumer report is extremely valuable to me and I wish to advise you that willful non- compliance is a violation of Section 1681n of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I assume 30 days is a reasonable amount of time for your investigation.
