WOW ... Ally Bank customer service is beyond AWFUL ... WHY? NEVER received any follow- up from escalation to Executive Customer Relations , this issue has been since XX/XX/year> ... awaiting tech resolution? current access exists to accounts but access has dropped to minimal on several occasions over last several years ; but limited ONLY to XXXX accounts... access was available to wife 's accounts .. WHY? - have requested resolution & WHY ONLY XXXX 's accounts effected? - Requested & NEED TO TALK TO ALLY MANAGEMENT FOR RESOLUTION ; BUT NO response for month 's since XX/XX/year>? ** last message from Ally Bank stated following on several occasions since XX/XX/year> and over many month 's since... Ally Bank shows ; " I show that your request to tech issues regarding reference number XXXX has been escalated to Executive Customer Relations.
