We had some extensive repairs done via XXXX XXXX XXXX Construction of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. We considered taking a loan via the finance company XXXX XXXX uses, Service Finance Co. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. The terms were to be no payments for a certain time frame without interest. Despite our excellent credit Service Finance would only agree to 90 days repayment without interest, therefore we paid the entire amount due to XXXX XXXX when the work was complete. Service Finance has called me several times and each time I told them we paid the bill in full and would not be taking a loan. Today I received a Welcome Letter indicating my first payment is due in XXXX XXXX. I have written to Service Finance and sent a copy of the paid in full invoice. I have cc 'd XXXX Notice and your organization on my letter.
