After several complaints and attempts to get this error corrected XXXX XXXX and Credit Karma have failed to correct it. I did receive a letter from XXXX XXXX saying they would remove the negative info, however they report me in arrears and still delinquent. this is affecting my ability to live and access thing I need at XXXX to prepare for retirement without becoming a burden to society.
