I assume no liability or responsibility for this account. my information was exposed in XXXX data Breach as a result i have had identity theft and accounts appearing on my EXPERIAN credit file that is not mine. I requested this item be blocked by EXPERIAN in XX/XX/year>, EXPERIAN denied request even though i had FTC ID THEFT REPORT WITH DISPUTE, i then asked EXPERIAN for A METHOD OF VERIFICATION WHICH I WAS TOLD IT COULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO ME. XX/XX/year> EXPERIAN recieved yet another FTC REPORT REQUESTING TO BLOCK XXXX XXXX XXXX DBA XXXX XXXX FROM MY FILE. THIS REQUEST HAS ALSO BEEN DENIED. I am reporting id theft from the XXXX breach and EXPERIAN refuses to assume responsibility for allowing fraudulent items i did not approve or give permission to and up hold my request. I also requested ALL REPORTING FROM THIS CREDITOR CEASE AND EXPERIAN STILL ALOWS THIS COMPANY TO REPORT MY ON MY FILE AND HAVE ACCESS TO INFORMATION WHICH I HAVE DENIED THEM
