On XXXX XXXX, I made a {$100.00} payment to my XXXX XXXX, brining my balance down to {$1100.00}, however, they continued reporting the previous balance of {$1200.00} through the entire month after XXXX, despite the close date being XX/XX/XXXX and the payment being posted to my account. I filed a dispute with Transunion and they corrected the balance to {$1100.00}. On XX/XX/year>, I made a payment f {$150.00}, followed by an additional payment of {$300.00} on XX/XX/year>, bringing my statement balance down to {$760.00} which displays on my XXXX statement. They reported the balance of {$760.00} to Transunion on XX/XX/year>, however, on XX/XX/year>, they re-reported the balance to Transunion, increasing it to {$1100.00}. Their actions have caused me harm. The continued yo-yo reporting , week-by-weeXXXX, falsifying balances and payment history has made it impossible for me to secure a home loan and placing me in a position of being homeless by the end of the year. Furthering frustrations- XXXX XXXX system doesn't allow you to set-up autopay. Their system has been " down '' for more than 2 years. I have called their customer service line for assistance several times with no action being taken. This is my only bill NOT on auto pay. They do not send out payment reminders or invoices. I have multiple commenity cards and this is the only card that can not accept auto pay.
