XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XXXX at the start of Covid I was leasing a house in XXXX Tennessee. The stove went out and I had 2 grandchildren and my son living with me. I tried to purchase a stove from several places but all of them were out of stock due to the pandemic. I found one thru XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and put in the order only to receive notification that it was back ordered and I would be notified. Because of the pandemic, and restaurants closing and services were scarce, it was impossible for us to prepare food with no oven, so I started looking for an oven I could get right away. I found one at XXXX, a furniture/appliance rental store and was able to purchase it with cash and it was immediately delivered. I immediately notified XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to cancel the rental since I just purchased the same one and was able to receive it immediately. Some time later, I started receiving notices from XXXX stating they would notify me when it was received, so I contacted XXXX and was directed to a warehouse for XXXX in XXXX Mississippi. I called every time I received a notice about shipping and advised the order was cancelled within days of placing it with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Fast forward to XXXX when it was placed as a collection item with the credit bureau. I filed a dispute, asking they show proof of delivery for the oven. It was never delivered to me or ever picked up by me. Now I received notice that the negative item is staying on my credit report. I cant be charged for an order cancelled and not received. Please help me.
