On XX/XX/year>, I filled out an application, in order to purchase a vehicle with credits, and gave the application to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX delivered said application to Ford Motor Credit Company, who then submitted the application to a Federal Reserve Bank, and pursuant to said application they received XXXX XXXX in the form of credits of Federal Reserve Notes in an amount equal to the vehicle purchase price which I applied for. XXXX XXXX Dollars in XXXX Funds XXXX XXXX ). Upon Ford Motor Credit Company 's possession of the said Collateral Security, Credits for Federal Notes, they decided to take adverse action and refused to open my line to credits, depriving me of any Consideration equal pursuant to the agreement on the application. I authorized Ford Motor Credit Company to conduct business utilizing my estate and pursuant to said application, I authorized XXXX XXXX to recieve a Security Asset which is legal property of the principal and due to principal. Due to Ford Motor Credit Company 's actions I was refused equal Consideration in said agreement/Contract. This is a violation of Contract Law Requiring equal consideration has to be present to be a legal contract, and because of this I received losses in an amount equal to Sixty-Five XXXX Dollars in XXXX Funds XXXX XXXX ).
