In XXXX of 2023 a sales rep came to my home and gave a pitch about the company XXXX XXXX of XXXX. I signed a contract and the company had me sign up for financing with Momnt. was told a final measurement would be completed, then the bathroom installation would be scheduled XXXX weeks after that pending on when materials would be recieved, but I would need to begin paying on the services right away. Although I had not recieved any services at the time Momnt contacted me a month later to set up payments. I begin to pay for 3 months with no services. I reached out to XXXX XXXX and was told my materials had not come in yet. I waited XXXX more months. I am still making payments to Momnt. After being ignored for almost 6 months by the remodeling company, I reached out to Momnt and let them know I would not continue to pay for services that were not recieved. Momnt put a provisional stop on payments to supposedly investigate. I continued to try and get in touch with someone from XXXX XXXX by phone and email in which there was no response. I also contacted Momnt about every XXXX to 3 months as they are the bank I paid to get an update on the investigation. All I'm told is the investigation is still ongoing and someone will contact me. It has been almost a year of investigation going on and no one has contacted issue, I have paid about {$2000.00} to this finance company.
