Last month I called XXXX XXXX to get an extension to XX/XX/XXXX due to me taking money from my retirement on the XXXX and money would be processed into my bank account by XX/XX/XXXX. They granted me an extension and told me that was he longest they could grant and I told them that was the date I was asking the extension for. I asked for an extension only because due to my prior tenant nonpayment of rent and damaging my home in Florida and me being stationed in Illinois I have been paying the mortgage in Florida since XXXX and the bills in florida on top of my rent here and bills here in Illinois. I needed help because I dont not have it at that time but I told them I would have it XX/XX/XXXX and was granted that extension. They dont even wait past XX/XX/XXXX. They were untrue of helping me and still did the late payment. Not long after XX/XX/XXXX which was the date I paid it on I received a late payment on my credit bureaus. If I had known this I wouldve agreed to the arrangement. This unfair and doesnt abide by the FCRA regulations. I just needed a few days extension until I received my money and they granted me the extension but still ended up putting a late payment on my credit reports. Please review the call I made to them last month when I was told my extension was granted. This late payment took XXXX points off of my credit bureaus that I am trying to repair due to having to maintain both locations until I can get my home fully repaired and rented out again. I have more money going out than coming in and trying to repair it has been costing me on top of paying for two locations. Im XXXX and having bad credit can get me kicked out and I am close to retirement. They have continued to be unfair and not honest. Also one late payment was removed last year and now I have two late payments on my credit again.
